5 SIMPLE STEPS

TO RENTING

1 Select the house(s) you wish to view and contact us to book a viewing. (Remote viewings available)
 

2 Complete a tenant application form and pay a refundable £50 pp reservation deposit.  Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, provide materially significant false or misleading information.

​

3 We then carry out referencing on your guarantor. ( We use the services of yourguarantor.com if you do not have a UK based guarantor)

 

4 Once the references have come back satisfactory we will contact you to arrange to sign the Tenancy Agreement electronically.

​

5 In June we will contact you to agree on the check-in date.  On this date, we will be there to meet you with a comprehensive inventory for you to check and sign.

 

We then leave you to it until our first inspection in November.  

We are however on hand 24/7 should any issue arise.

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

  • We do not link you financially with the other tenants - you will never be responsible for their rent.
     

  • We do not limit your summer access. Simply, it's your home from the moment your contract starts.
     

  • We adjust rents to coincide with student finance dates and therefore do not charge interest on late payments. 
     

  • We do not charge call-out fees. If there is an issue, we want to know, so we can sort it.
     

  • We respect the academic timetables; synchronising all renovations with student holidays.
