WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

  • We do not limit your summer access. Simply,  if your contract starts on 1st July  - you can move in from the 1st July
     

  • We adjust rents to coincide with student finance dates and therefore do not charge interest on late payments. 
     

  • We do not charge call out fees. If there is an issue, we want to know, so we can sort it.
     

  • We respect the academic timetables; synchronising all renovations with student holidays.
